Marketing automation for an international college
Automating the repetitive parts of a marketing department so a small team could run at the scale the institution needed.
Manual marketing tasks automated; team time moved back to campaigns
A marketing team at an international college was spending its week on assembly work: moving data between systems, preparing recurring reports, and hand-running campaign steps that repeated every intake cycle.
#What we built
We mapped the recurring workflows, then automated the ones with clear inputs and clear outputs — the enrolment funnel handoffs, campaign reporting, and the routine content operations around them. Anything requiring editorial judgement stayed with the team, by design.
#How it ran
We started with the highest-volume, lowest-risk process to prove the pattern, then extended it. Each automation shipped with documentation the team owns.
#Where it landed
The department runs the same calendar with materially less manual work, and the reporting that used to be assembled by hand now arrives on its own.
“Great team transformed our marketing — automating tasks, boosting productivity, and setting us up for long-term success.”
