A booking system fitted to how the agency actually sells, with conversational agents in front of the repetitive traveller traffic — availability, confirmations, changes, and the questions that arrive at the same points in every trip.
#How it ran
The assistants were scoped tightly: they handle what is well-bounded and hand over cleanly to a person the moment a case is not. That boundary is what makes automated support safe in a service business.

Operations run through the platform, and the team's time goes to the cases that need a human.
